Back during the 2009 Remix, I wrote the massive Dead Like Me/Buffy the Vampire Slayer story called Reaping the Whirlwind (Boom Boom Ba Remix), which was a remix of Six Drabbles About Dawn and Death by

nothorse.

I only managed to cross-post part of it to this ElJay due to real life starting to suck out loud.

Now that my life is (mostly) not sucking out loud, I figure it's time to finish the job.

In case you're wondering, the video below served as kind of my unofficial theme song, even though Rube is absent from the story (it's set after the "Dead Like Me" movie), Roxy only has a minor role, and there's no appearance by any of the "Buffy" cast.

Even so, most of the events mentioned in "Reaping the Whirlwind" are actually seen in this great fan-made video of "Dead Like Me".

I should be posting the next part in the next 30 minutes or so. Then I'm going to upload a part a day until I'm done.

It's kind of nice to get back to silly fannish things.
