This moment in TMI

When it comes to most female-type biological functions, I'm a lucky gal. Unlike most of the female population, I don't have the overwhelming desire to rip out my uterus and throw it in the trash once a month.

Genetics have worked for me. I have inherited something that's known as "the easy-peasy option" from my father's half of the family.

Except today.

Today, I would do anything — and I mean anything — for a tool that can dig through my abdomen and...

I think you can guess the rest, yes?

Death is an option. Seriously.

Drugs of some persuasion is the way to go (headache tablets or whatever you prefer - the stronger the better). Hot bath or hot water bottle. Evening primrose oil is supposed to help...

Also if your hormones are out of whack avoid any conflict/upsetting things. Crying when you *know* you would never usually cry at something just makes you feel worse!

Although a sappy movie or TV show that makes you cry can be very cathartic at this point.
