(Of course, properly speaking, most of them should be filed under the last name, but the MP3 powers that be don't allow for proper alphabetizing and displaying first-name last-name. Or is that just my pet peeve?)

Not just yours. It's my peeve as well. However, it appears in our computerized age, MP3s just don't play that.

As for why everything is starting with A, I'm going through my massive MP3 collection to figure out what I need to weed out and what I want to keep. And no, I haven't left the letter A, yet. :-(

I submitted that concern to Apple on their feedback page a few years ago. All it would take is adding a display name field, for me-I use Last-Name, First-Name, or a list-order field, for those that have them listed non-anally.

Damn, I owe you an apology - I snagged 2 tracks last time round, and got side-tracked - as it were- and failed to thank you. Thank you very much for posting these, and letting people taste different flavours (yes, I am from Another Part of the Forest where we have odd behaviours instead of behaviors, and where I lurk a bit and dabble in fandom.
