Well said, Liz. Those of us who don't have this kind of crap aimed at our heads have a responsibility to fight it, because who knows when it could be our turn to be on the receiving end?
I wish I could sit on my side of the Canada-US border and say smugly that this is something that doesn't happen here. I would be wrong, wrong. The evil of bigotry and hatred is not stopped by borders, so it's incumbant upon all of us to call it out when we see it.
