I note that the examples you give are illegal in the UK anyway - and that you don't address the central concern here, which is that some activities that are legal and part of everyday life in the UK - most notably same-sex marriage, drinking and sex under US legal ages, etc. - are illegal in the US and just discussing them might now be grounds for suspending an account.
