These were pretty damn cute, but kinda depressing too. I mean, these babies have either being abandoned by their mothers or born in captivity. Those who'll stay in zoos are, obviously, never gonna see the wild, and those who are to be reintroduced to their habitats are facing some worrying odds.

I think too much.

btw, not sure if you ever got my reply when you offered to meet me in boston (i kept getting error messages because it was as screened comment) ... anyways, thanks so much for the offer it would've been cool! but i had business-type dinners the night i was there.

but i'll be heading back to boston a few more times for work, probably for at least 1 night, so maybe one of those trips.
