I always wondered what happened when Spike and Dru came to Sunnydale in the Wishverse. They obviously didn't use Angel to heal Drusilla. I bet Willow and Xander wouldn't give up their Puppy without a fight. There could be a Xander and Drusilla liaison in there somewhere.
