This is simple: I have real life things that have to be dealt with. I have a full-time job. I am not "dragging out" anything. Sometimes crap happens and a story unexpectedly takes far longer (as in six months longer) than you thought it would take.
Your question is legit, yes. I have said I will finish it, and I will. However, I have bigger priorities in RL than writing fanfiction 24/7. That's a fact.
Prodding me in an off-topic way in a post about MP3 downloads is not going to get you want you want any faster.
