Now With a GreatestJournal Back-Up Blog

Like a couple of of you, I've created a shadow blog on Greatest Journal.

Let me just stress: My main Journal is remaining here on LJ. I am basically backing up my LJ entries to GreatestJournal since I don't trust SixApart as far as I can throw them.

Since GreatestJournal uses the exact same encoding as LJ, and since it is completely, 100% free of charge, it's nothing for me to basically cut-n-paste my entries — as well as memories I want to keep — from here to there.

Part 43 as 'Protected Entry'

I have been trying for days to get to and read part 43 and keep getting a 'you are not authorised to view this protected entry' message.

It IS supposed to be the next posting after this, right?

The entry is public and you should be able to see it.

You may need to empty your browser cache because there may be a cookie blocking you. I know I'm not at my end.

Part 43 is not the next posting after this one. In fact, there are several private entries (as in for my eyes only and not open to anyone else but me) between this post and Part 43.

Therefore, if you are using the arrows at the top of the entry to "page" through my journal, you've been effectively blocked from going from point A to point B.

GOT IT.

Am i the only one with this problem? If not would posting a direct link to each new part be a problem/easy/impossible?
