WaterFire Providence is one of the 1,001 reasons why I miss living in Rhode Island.

WaterFire Providence ... [is] ... the award-winning sculpture by Barnaby Evans installed on the three rivers of downtown Providence .... WaterFire's sparkling bonfires, the fragrant scent of aromatic wood smoke, the flickering firelight on the arched bridges, the silhouettes of the firetenders passing by the flames, the torch-lit vessels traveling down the river, and the enchanting music from across the world all engage the senses and emotions of those who stroll the paths and bridges of Waterplace Park...

I miss Providence.

If I could move my job down there I'd be so happy. I adored living in Rhode Island. It's such a strange little state with a weird, big heart.

Definitely one of the most crooked states in the U.S., but it's also one of the most fun to live in.

Plus, I kinda miss being 20 minutes away from everything.
