Nicholas Brendon and Charisma Carpenter reunite for television movie filming in Nova Scotia?

News article saying that the movie starts filming next week. (Scroll down "Relative Chaos").

Okay, this just tickles my funnybone. Especially since CC is specifically connected to Veronica Mars and not to Buffy the Vampire Slayer or Angel.

That's awesome...Buffy *and* the Vampire Slayer was awesome, Charisma noted for VM despite being the second lead on AtS for 4 seasons...AWESOME. I am, however, hoping for an earlier release date than Unholy and that Sci-Fi fireman TV movie have received...

Does Unholy even have a release date at this point? Or is it still in "seeking a distributor hell?"

As for Sci-Fi, I seem to remember waaaaay back when news broke about it being filmed was that the estimated date of it being unleashed on an unsuspecting public was either June or July of this year. I seem to remember that there's a pretty long lag-time for Sci-Fi movies between filming completion and actual airing.

Still, I'm just tickled to death about the CC and NB thing and the fact that CC being on Veronica Mars as a guest star merited a mention because it probably has bigger marquee value than being the female lead on Angel for 4 years.

According to IMDB Unholy is still in post-production. I think IMDB is a bit behind the times, though. The last I read otherwhere it was still seeking a distributor. *sells kidneys and spleen - starts production company*

I'm so very happy for them both, but especially him. I still kills that KC was taken off the air.

I think it's ironic that CC and Joss were on the outs at the end, and she ends up with a juicy role on his new favorite show.
