What not to do when you're on a quick trip to Costco...
When you run into Costco to pick up a few things from the pharmacy section, do not...
...Wander into the DVD section where they keep all the TV series boxed sets.
...Pick up Battlestar Galactica and Twilight Zone, Vol. 3 and sigh in disappointment because you can get it for the same price elsewhere using your nifty $55 Borders gift card.
...Put them back and have your eye captured by The Chosen Collection.
...Pick up the box and think to yourself, "Gee, this is really very pretty, isn't it?"
...Look at the price and realize that it's the cheapest price you've seen for it and you don't have to pay for shipping.
...Realize that you've got just enough of the BtVS-WB box sets that you can sell to cover most of the cost.
...Remember how much you actually enjoyed the random S5 BtVS-WB episodes you've seen while going through your random VCR tapes.
...Realize that in the course of cleaning the clutter out of your apartment this week, that you've got a ton of stuff that you'd like to try selling on eBay before donating it to a charitable organization.
...Think to yourself, "Well, it's sort of like getting S6 and S7 for free, which is really what you said you'd pay for them."
...But most of all, do not put it in your shopping cart while you "think about it."
heavy sigh
To make a very long story short, do any of you know how to:
I am weak like veal.
That is all.

To make a very long story short, do any of you know how to:
1) Convert my PayPal account so I can receive payments.
2) Convert my eBay account so I can set up auctions and earn some cash.
I am weak like veal.

Will I see you tonight? Let's talk. About many things, but this too. :-)

I have the first four seasons of BtVS. If I can get the Amazon Used Prices for the sets, I'd be pretty happy since it would actually pay for the whole shebang. :-)

The steps you have to take are verification of the bank or credit card account details - they'll pay a little money into your account, and you have to confirm the amount received - confirmation of your address and phone number, which basically means they check your account details, give you a phone number to call to initiate the process, and you are then called back to confirm that you really are the person setting up the account.
Once you've got through those steps, all of which are pretty easy, you can start to accept payments (and of course pay charges, which is the part they like) and Ebay should let you start to take payments.
It must be pretty easy since I've done it...
Chosen Collection
