Can you say no to a face like that? I can't. A face like that would haunt me in my sleep.

It appears that there are some scatterlings and orphans without anyone to love them.

There are 15, in fact. Fifteen! And they all need good homes. He managed to adopt out 40, but...but...

*sniff*

It's so very sad.

He's even got baby pictures, in case you want to look before adopting.

Because, duuuude, we need you. ludditerobot needs you! Think of the scatterlings. Think of the orphans!

Go and do it. You know you want to.

I mean, do you really want to disappoint this adorable face?

I really don't have the time, but dayum, I'd really, really like to write a fic involving Xander encountering a pack of hyenas.

http://sailfish.exis.net/~spook/hyenatxt.html has some hilarious (unintentionally, I'm sure) stuff on hyenas. Yikes. Female hyenas have penises and scrotums and they inspect each others penises as a 'greeting'... I *so* didn't need to read that while snacking.

That? Is awesome. Damn. Hyenas not so much in my countries (of course, they're kind of everywhere, but not that populous in borderline desert countries), so I very sad now because I would be so all over that.

As it is, my two countries are scary enough to juggle.

My Muse took Libya and started running, through Chad and three more countires I just requested so I can make a full loop back to the ocean as a fic bookend. If I get the countries of course...I don't want to hog them all.

One of the still missing countries is Guinea-Bissau.

A country where they have the terrible tradition of maiming young girls, cutting their clitoris off.

So, serious RL issue, chance to tell people about it, makes sense to talk about it in the BTVS universe in it's counter empowering perspective...

Serious, heavy subject. Alas I'm nowhere near a good enough writer to do it justice.
