I've uploaded all files for both CDs to an alternate download site called Share Big File.

Follow the instructions in my posts on LJ.

For some reason, FileFactory wouldn't work for me and YouSendIt was being twitchy about the uploads. Hopefully, the alternte site will help you get the files.
