It was a general reference to numerous things she's done over the course of her political career -- asking about banning/censoring books, then firing the librarian who said no, for example -- rather than a specific reference to the ongoing TrooperGate thing.
On the other hand, if she's innocent of any wrongdoing there, why is the McCain camp trying to block the conclusion of the investigation until after the election? The innocent have nothing to hide, right? Isn't that what seven years of Bush-era governmental spying and data-harvesting have taught us? ; )
