I miss yoga too. I found several Bikram places in Cambridge that I like and the heated room makes everyone more bendy and less owy. Have you tried it? Some people hate it because of the heat.
Also I found doing a brief, gentle warm up on a treadmill or something for 10-15 before a yoga class helped too.
