It makes a lot of sense. It is an endlessly fascinating subject, to me at least :-)
And thank you for the compliment to my user name. I've often regretted using a character name as a pseud instead of something original and more personal, but that's what happens when you have to come up with something quickly - on the other hand I've never gotten tired of The Thin Man the way I have with other fandoms.
