I am really enjoying this fic. It was really satisfying to hear the explanation finally. I love Spike's explanation. I love Alex and his reaction and I feel disdain for the stupidity of everyone.

I love that Alex assumed the axe was for fighting the monsters, instead of making sure Spike stayed dead. Totally adorable.
