Why the hell they sent Spike?

Wheeeeelp...let's just say that Spike...

Heeee...nah, you'll have to find out later in the story. But really, let's just say that there's a massive FUBAR involved and leave it at that.

Also, the city where they started will also be revealed, too. But, yeah, think "east coast" and you've got it.
