InsaneJournal (http://squeaky.insanejournal.com/63787.html) has already clarified what 6A-style bullshit they will not be pulling on their users.

Scribblit (http://twocorpses.livejournal.com) has been even more reassuring about policies affecting fandom (and other) users; main drawback is that the site isn't quite live yet.
