Well, I read that post as the person testing where abuse draws the line. That is to say, when a non-kinky pwp fic involving an underage character was submitted, it passed. The fact that the kinky one did not does disturb me, because that is in fact saying "this squicks us, *banhammer*" (although on closer perusal, the kinky one also included a much younger teen than the non-kinky one. I think farther tests are in order.) Also, while I agree that free speech is not the issue, I have the right to leave any service that is setting greater restrictions on my speech than I can tolerate, which lj is approaching and which is a totally different statement than "ZOMG, LJ CAN'T DO THIS, FREE SPEECH!!1!"
