This is an interesting point. Are you saying that as long as 6A was simply acting as a host without attempting to have any say about content, they might have been exempt from prosecution regarding that content? But now that they've involved themselves in trying to dictate what can and cannot be posted, they have actually made themselves more responsible for what is posted?
