I would have to argue that Red Dwarf and Blackadder were no widely distributed in the US, having only appeared on a few cable and PBS stations, mostly on the coast. That was the problem with them being in the TV Guide list.

I think they listed 'Star Trek' only once, since without the first one the successive shows would not have happened.
