From what I understand: Requests for clarification on LiveJournal's standards are sent to Abuse. A request that simply expresses an opinion on the standards goes to Feedback. Redirecting support requests like this does not appear to be a new thing--since the volunteers answering support requests cannot speak for LiveJournal about its policies, requests are often redirected to the appropriate people actually on the staff who (one hopes) will be able to say something.
