You know you can use this link http://bighugelabs.com/flickr/motivator.php to make "motivational posters" which you can turn into icons, right? There's also this: http://co.ntagio.us/eljay/iconmaker/ which walks you through adding text and borders and stuff. Not that I mean to provide you with tools to help you procrastinate at work, or anything.
