Ah, you can't go home again. I'm reminded of my attempt, as an adult, to reread the Tarzan novels I had adored as a 13 year old. the total brain meltdown of the bigotry of every concievable stripe was so intense I didn't make it through half a book and was depressed for weeks. I think I'll leave my love for 1978 Battlestar pristine as only memory can make it.

It is nice to hear, and remember, that there were moments that were singular in this series.
