Here from crack_van as well! This was such a great piece of writing. I love the insight into Sam's mind and also the insight into the Sharons, and the differences between the various versions of the Eith model.

Watching season three and to a lesser extent season two was fascinating for me in terms of the evolution we see in Boomer!Sharon's character, from the pilot who woke up in her nightmare following the shooting of Adama, to the Cylon who tries to snap Hera's neck. Here she seemed to be a somewhat uncomfortable mix between the two and it was nice to see a step of her evolution filled in for me.
