For us in Flyover Country (Arkansas) we're going to get a bit of both. It's in the 70s right now, but I actually heard the weatherman use the word 'thundersnow' in a sentence.

Yeah. Thunderstorm + snowstorm.

Panicked people are denuding Kroger as I write.
