Wonderful as always.

Interesting how the last bit makes the central themes - trust and manipulation - of the story explicit. Reminds me of Living History where you have the conversation between Giles and Catherine, discussing the differences between the facts of events, and the essential "truths" of them. Likewise in Whisper you have a conversation between Buffy and the vengance demon summing up the story.

Hmmm. Very interesting.
