Working Is Kicking My Ass...So Here's a Video of Fred Astaire Dancing to Smooth Criminal

What?

Hollywood Golden Age Fred Astaire, Cyd Charisse, and Leslie Caron dancing to Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal."

What did you think I meant?

I adore old movies, maybe because tv here showed them during Christmas and vacation periods in the afternoon. Never could get into Gene Kelly but when there was a movie with Fred Astaire, Danny Kay or Bing on, I'd be glued watching the tv.

And now you give us this....

Words fail me. It.Is.Awesome!!!!

I've never really been an MJ fan but now I see that what he did with his videos, was honoring the old movies. Of course, getting Vincent Price to narrate Thriller, warmed me a bit to him. But this? Looking at it with the MJ version next to it, well, props to him for honoring the Golden Age.

It's movies like these that make me sad to see the crap that comes out of Hollywood.

Thanks again, Liz.

This reminded me once again that combat scenes in movies have choreographers.
